Our town of Fargo, North Dakota is rich in summer events. From concerts to parades, we have it all. Here at Peter T. Mathison, Center for Dentistry, we want to share with you some of the events you and your family can enjoy this August around town.

8th Street Ice Cream Social

Who doesn’t love ice cream? Join your Eighth Street neighbors and friends for a night of free fun! Several downtown businesses will be there participating for a night filled with chalk art, sidewalk sale, balloon animals, a photo booth and of course, ice cream.

When: August 6, 2015
Where: 8th Street, Downtown Fargo
Time: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Corks & Canvas: Art and Wine Walk

This art and wine walk invites participants to explore both the downtown area and their wine pallet. Wine samples in participating shops and live artists! Shops include: Zandbroz, Unglued, O’Day Cache, Proper & Prim, LOT 2029 and many more! Wristbands are $20 and can be purchased at any participating shop.

When: August 20, 2015
Where: Broadway Street, Downtown Fargo
Time: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Red River Market

This brand new farmer’s market caters to the downtown Fargo area, offering fresh produce, canned goods, foods and other items—all of which are local. Fresh coffee and live street music add to make this more than just a farmer’s market, but a fun summer experience! Visit the website to check out the vendors or become one yourself!

When: Every Saturday from July-October
Where: Broadway and 2nd Ave N, Downtown Fargo
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
